An operator operates and monitors production installations. He sets up machines according to recipe or work instruction, checks the quality, records deviations, and fixes small malfunctions himself. In shift work, he is responsible for a line that must keep running. Accuracy, process awareness, and safety are paramount. Operators with experience in a regulated production environment are in demand.
Making the work in production concrete
For operators, we make clear in the campaign what is being produced, how the installations work, how the shifts run, and what training the company offers. This allows a candidate to properly assess whether the job suits them.
