Multiple positions, each with its own profile
Interface, a publicly listed producer of carpet tiles with a factory in the Netherlands, sought candidates for positions such as supply chain planner, tufting operator, operator, maintenance technician, and sales agent.
In a carpet factory, technology and production come together. Operators operate tufting machines that process yarn into carpet, maintenance technicians keep the lines running, and the supply chain planner coordinates raw materials, production, and delivery. The sales agent stays close to the customer. Each role requires its own profile. Each role requires its own type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
The campaign reaches candidates multichannel, also outside the well-known job sites. Each response is assessed on experience, expectations, and availability, so that the employer’s time goes to the right conversations.
