The image of the debt collection industry made recruitment difficult.
At a debt collection company, legal and commercial roles work together. Lawyers and collection lawyers handle files and procedures, administrative staff keep track of deadlines and correspondence, and sales agents and account managers acquire and maintain clients. Each role requires its own profile. Each role requires its own type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
Recruitment takes place through multiple channels at the same time, aimed at the position and the region. In the follow-up, experience, expectations, and practical matters, such as working hours and travel distance, are prioritized, so that both sides know what to expect.
