Technical and maritime functions for Seable&Co
Seable&Co · Technical and maritime positions
Multiple positions, each with its own profile
Rob Lauwen from Seable&Co, active in the maritime sector, was looking for, among others, an electrician, installation technician, planner, project manager, electrical engineer, teak deck installer, and financial administrative employee.
Seable&Co works on yachts and ships, where craftsmanship and precision are paramount. Electrical and installation mechanics work on board in tight spaces, the teak deck mechanic lays decks that must be tight and watertight, and the planner and project manager keep the work on the ship organized. A wide range of functions. Each function requires a specific type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
For each position, we specify which experience is immediately required and what can grow within the company. Responses are followed up per position, so that each candidate is discussed for the correct vacancy.
The message contains, per position, the things candidates pay attention to: the content of the work, the working hours, the responsibility, and the development opportunities.
This is how the campaign fits into our way of working: position and region determine the message and channels, and concrete questions in the application process help discuss alignment with the team, even before the first interview.
