SFA-Testsystemen in the Eindhoven region was looking for a project employee and a service mechanic.
A company in test systems builds and maintains equipment used to test products and installations. The project employee keeps projects together, from preparation to delivery; the service technician installs, calibrates, and maintains the systems at the customer's site. Two roles, each with its own profile. Each position requires its own type of candidate, with its own way of searching.
Every position its own story
For multiple positions, we don't write a general story. Each position gets its own message: the technician reads about the work and the materials, the office worker about the tasks and collaboration. This way, every candidate recognizes their own profession.
