A service technician and plumber for SSI Amsterdam
SSI Amsterdam · All-round service mechanic / plumber · Zwanenburg
Installations that must be correct
SSI Amsterdam in Zwanenburg was looking for an all-round service mechanic and plumber.
An installation technician installs piping, places central heating boilers, heat pumps, and sanitary equipment, and ensures that everything works safely and according to standards. During service and maintenance, he searches for malfunctions and resolves them at the customer's home or in a commercial building. The work requires technical insight, accuracy, and a neat working method, because the customer sees the result every day. In installation technology, there is a large shortage of skilled workers, precisely due to the demand for sustainability.
Making the installation work concrete
For installation technicians, we show in the campaign which installations are central, how new construction, renovation, and service relate to each other, and how independently the technician works on site. A professional immediately recognizes their work.
The vacancy appeals to experienced mechanics and technicians who want to further develop in installation technology. We specify which certificates and experience are required and what can be developed within the company.
The message contains the things that an installer pays attention to: the type of work, the ratio between service and projects, the van and the tools, and the training the company offers.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to position and region in and around Zwanenburg, so that even professionals who are not actively searching see the work. Going forward, experience, expectations, and availability are taken into account, so that every conversation is about the right people.
