An electro-engineer for Tekelenburg
Tekelenburg Elektrotechniek · Electrical engineer
From design to executable drawing
Jeffrey Tekelenburg from Tekelenburg Elektrotechniek was looking for an electrical engineer: a professional who fits the small-scale, personal way of working and who values reliability, craftsmanship, and quality.
An engineer translates a customer request into a technical design. He performs calculations and diagrams, selects components, develops drawings, and coordinates with project management and execution so that the design can actually be built on-site. The work requires in-depth professional knowledge, accuracy, and the ability to communicate across various disciplines.
The technical content at the center
For engineers, we make clear in the campaign which projects and techniques are central, which software is used, and how the lines with execution and the client run. An engineer chooses based on the content of the work.
This target group rarely searches actively. Therefore, the vacancy is aimed at experienced engineers and technicians with a higher professional education (HBO) or secondary vocational education (MBO) background who want to advance in the design profession.
The message contains the things that an engineer pays attention to: the projects and techniques, the software, the collaboration with execution and the client, and the room to further specialize.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region, so that even professionals who are not actively looking see the work. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will be taken into account, so that every conversation is about the right people.
