A chief electrician for WB Installatie
WB Installatie · Chief Electrical Engineer · Nijkerk
Safe work under tension
WB Installatie at Nijkerk was looking for a chief electrical engineer: an experienced professional who, in addition to the work itself, also supervises colleagues on the project.
An electrician pulls cables, assembles distribution systems, connects installations, and tests whether everything is safe and compliant with NEN standards. A fault in an installation is not always visible, but it is important. That is why the job requires accuracy, knowledge of the standards, and the independence to be able to work on site. Qualified electricians are in demand, also due to the energy transition.
Making the electrical work concrete
For electricians, we concretely show in the campaign which installations are central, what kind of projects recur, and how much responsibility the electrician gets. A professional only responds when he recognizes his own work.
The vacancy appeals to experienced mechanics and technicians who want to take the step towards more responsibility. We specify which education and experience are required and what the company itself can provide.
The message contains the things that an electrical engineer pays attention to: the type of projects, the responsibility, the van and the tools, and the courses and certifications that the company offers.
With a multichannel approach, the campaign in and around Nijkerk also reaches people in a permanent job. Those who respond receive a few concrete questions about experience and availability, so that the first conversations can immediately focus on the content.
