Optics11 is looking for a Bid Manager to lead underwater security proposals from start to finish. In this role, you will manage the entire bid process, from the initial go/no-go decision through to final submission, ensuring high-quality, competitive proposals.

Wat ga je doen

Own bids end to end from bid/no-bid decision through four stages
Run bid kick-offs and translate capture plan into bid plan
Establish internal feasibility of technical scope
Build proposal structure, storyline, compliance matrix
Own cost build-up and price recommendation with Finance
Drive internal approval route and manage bid risk

Wat je meebrengt

Bachelor's or Master's degree, technical or commercial, or equivalent experience
At least 5-7 years of professional experience including bid/proposal/tender management
Proven experience with RFI, RFP, RFQ and formal tender processes
Experience building or owning pricing and cost structures with Finance
Experience with international bids involving multiple countries, partners or consortia
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in defence, naval, maritime, offshore energy or critical infrastructure markets
Experience with government or naval procurement and European programme or consortium bids
Working knowledge of export control and dual-use licensing
Experience with bids outside Europe including industrial participation/offset requirements
APMP certification or equivalent bid management training
Working knowledge of Dutch
