Mollie is looking for a Creative Director to lead and evolve its Brand Design function in Amsterdam. In this role, you will define and drive the global brand design vision while ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.

- Lead and evolve the Brand Design function
- Define and drive global brand design vision
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets
- Oversee creative execution for campaigns, product experiences, and storytelling
- Manage an in-house studio of 5 to 8 designers
- Integrate AI tools into creative workflows

- Proven experience leading and scaling in-house design teams or creative studios
- Strong portfolio showing high-quality brand, campaign, and digital work
- Exceptional creative judgment and taste
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and brand frameworks
- Operational strength in planning, prioritization, resourcing, and workflow design
- Hands-on experience applying AI in creative workflows
