Mollie is looking for a Workforce & Business Analyst to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own headcount tracking, forecasting, and modeling, and lead analysis on workforce questions like hiring needs and plan assumptions. You will present people data trends to leadership and own the headcount view in monthly business reviews and annual planning.

Wat je meebrengt
- 3 to 5 years experience in FP&A, workforce planning, or people analytics
- Quantitative or business academic background
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Strong modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS and data visualization tools
- Experience with Pigment or comparable planning platform
