Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador - French

Rituals is looking for a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to support French and English-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media. You will provide personal service without scripts, identify sales opportunities, and help solve problems while representing the brand. This hybrid role is based in Amsterdam.

• Support French and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and social media
• Provide personal and engaging service without scripts
• Identify sales opportunities and recommend products
• Work with quality and productivity targets and KPIs
• Solve problems and ensure customers feel heard
• Represent the Rituals brand through service

• Available at least 24 hours per week (32, 36, or 40 possible)
• Flexible to work 7 days a week, including weekends (about 1.5 weekends per month)
• French native level and English C1–C2 level
• MBO or HBO level or completed college degree
• Customer-first mindset
• Strong communication skills
