Adyen is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead its Identity & Verification Services team in Amsterdam. You will guide a team of 7 engineers, own the team's execution and roadmap, and shape platform scaling.

- Lead, coach and grow a team of 7 engineers
- Own team execution and roadmap with Product
- Engage in system design and architecture discussions
- Shape platform scaling including migrations and versioning
- Collaborate with leaders across Unified Platform and product teams
- Hire and develop engineers
Wat je meebrengt
- 2+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, primarily backend
- Experience with distributed systems in production at scale
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience with Java
- Exposure to KYC, identity verification, onboarding or compliance-driven systems
- Experience building B2B platforms
