Fastned is looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Officer to lead HSE communication and awareness across its markets. Based in Amsterdam, you will support projects and field teams in the Netherlands and Belgium.

- Lead HSE communication and awareness strategy across all markets
- Design and deliver safety campaigns and communications
- Act as HSE contact for projects and field teams in Netherlands and Belgium
- Support design and construction reviews for HSE integration
- Coordinate incident reporting and root cause analysis
- Monitor HSE trends and propose improvement actions
Wat je meebrengt
- 3 to 5 years of HSE experience
- Knowledge of HSE legislation in Netherlands and/or Belgium
- Strong incident investigation and analysis skills
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Comfortable with data and dashboards like Excel or Databricks
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
