About the job

Fastned is looking for a Health, Safety & Environment Officer to lead HSE communication and awareness across its markets. Based in Amsterdam, you will support projects and field teams in the Netherlands and Belgium.

What you will do

Lead HSE communication and awareness strategy across all markets
Design and deliver safety campaigns and communications
Act as HSE contact for projects and field teams in Netherlands and Belgium
Support design and construction reviews for HSE integration
Coordinate incident reporting and root cause analysis
Monitor HSE trends and propose improvement actions

What you bring

3 to 5 years of HSE experience
Knowledge of HSE legislation in Netherlands and/or Belgium
Strong incident investigation and analysis skills
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Comfortable with data and dashboards like Excel or Databricks
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
