Fusion Worldwide is looking for an interim HR/TA Manager for the EMEA region, based in Amsterdam. In this role, you will support management on HR matters and oversee payroll and compliance across multiple countries. This is a part-time, on-site position covering a maternity leave period.
Wat ga je doen
- Act as trusted advisor to management on HR and employee matters
- Oversee multi-country payroll for accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
- Manage employment law, employee relations, absence/leave, pensions, and immigration
- Ensure HR processes are compliant and documented
- Manage and support Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, setting priorities and monitoring effectiveness
Wat je meebrengt
- Approximately 10 years in HR Manager or comparable managerial role
- Experience with multi-country payroll
- Experience across multiple European countries, ideally NL, FR, DE, IT
- Familiarity with Dutch immigration/visa, absence, and pension legislation
- Experience managing or overseeing Talent Acquisition
- Fluent in Dutch and English
