Lead Solution Engineer

Mollie is looking for a Lead Solution Engineer to lead and develop a team of six Solutions Engineers in Amsterdam. You will own hiring, performance management, and career development while defining team ways of working and setting OKRs. This role involves leading pre-sales and upsell engagements as a technical advisor and guiding complex integrations from design to go-live.

Wat je meebrengt

• 7+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Sales Engineering in SaaS
• At least 2 years leading a team
• Strong technical acumen with APIs and integration architectures
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
• Proven ability in consultative technical pre-sales
• Fluent in English

Mooi meegenomen

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory challenges in multi-entity or cross-border payments
• Proficiency in one or more coding languages
