Datasnipper is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the full QBR process and drive process improvements across the revenue organization.

Run pipeline reviews, weekly syncs, and QBR preparation
Own full QBR process from narrative to follow-up actions
Convert business needs into build-ready briefs for engineering
Manage operating model for deal stages and handoff criteria
Identify process gaps and drive fixes
Contribute to annual planning and quota-setting

Wat je meebrengt

2-3+ years in Revenue, Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing Operations
Experience in B2B SaaS environment
Comfortable with HubSpot or equivalent CRM
Sharp communication skills for translating ambiguous asks
Detail-oriented and organized with ownership habit
Ability to support Sales, CS, and Marketing simultaneously
