Over de functie

Optics11 is looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own the CRM project and drive commercial process improvements.

Wat ga je doen

Own and lead the CRM project as business owner
Translate commercial processes into requirements and target design
Own the CRM after go-live as single source of truth
Own the sales forecasting process and cadence
Build KPI framework and automated dashboards
Design and document commercial process from lead handover to quote-to-order

Wat je meebrengt

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or similar B2B role
Proven experience as business owner or project lead in CRM implementation
Solid knowledge of an enterprise CRM platform like Salesforce
Proven ownership of forecasting and pipeline management process
Experience building dashboards and KPI frameworks
Excellent command of English, written and spoken

Mooi meegenomen

Experience in fiber optics, sensing, energy, defense or high-tech
Experience with complex long-cycle sales including tenders or government procurement
Experience with multiple CRM platforms and data migration
Deal desk experience including pricing governance
Experience designing sales compensation and commission plans in B2B
Experience in a scale-up with rapid commercial team growth
