Optics11 is looking for a Capture Manager to lead strategic defense pursuits in underwater security. Based in Amsterdam, you will shape opportunities and drive capture plans for complex international programmes.

- Identify and qualify strategic defense pursuits 6–24 months ahead
- Own capture plans and keep them current in HubSpot
- Shape opportunities by engaging customers before tender release
- Analyze competition and position company technology
- Lead teaming and partner strategy, including negotiations
- Set price-to-win based on customer budget and competitor intelligence
Wat je meebrengt
- 8+ years in defense business development, capture or sales of complex systems
- Track record of winning large international programmes
- Solid understanding of defense procurement including NATO and European programmes
- Experience building teaming arrangements and consortia
- Experience with price-to-win and competitive analysis
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Mooi meegenomen
- Experience in underwater security, sonar or naval sensor systems
- Background in navy or defense organization
- Shipley or APMP capture training
- Experience with industrial participation/offset and US or Asia-Pacific defense markets
- Working knowledge of export control and dual-use licensing
- Knowledge of Dutch or another European language
