Over de functie

Robin Radar is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to help non-technical teams adopt and benefit from generative AI. In this hybrid role based in Den Haag, you will bridge the gap between technical possibilities and practical business use, enabling colleagues to work more efficiently.

Wat ga je doen

Resolve technical hurdles for non-technical teams
Build GenAI prototypes and workflow automations
Develop and present AI demos
Co-facilitate workshops and coach peers on GenAI tooling
Test and evaluate emerging GenAI capabilities
Maintain AI Experiment Registry and standardize workflows

Wat je meebrengt

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
2–4 years of experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering
Clear and patient communicator for coaching non-technical colleagues
Proactive and curious investigator comfortable building cross-departmental relationships
Experience with enterprise GenAI environments like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude
Strong proficiency with API integrations, Python scripting, and automation platforms like Workato or n8n
