Over de functie

Robin Radar is looking for a Team Lead Electronics Engineering to guide and mentor a team of engineers in Den Haag. You will define the technical direction for electrical, optical, and thermal control designs while overseeing PCB layout, circuit testing, and design verification.

Wat ga je doen

Guide and mentor a team of engineers on daily work and project execution
Define technical direction and team standards for electrical, optical, and thermal control designs
Allocate resources, assign project tasks, and manage work schedules
Create PCB layouts using Altium Designer and guide RF, analog, digital, and high-speed interface choices
Oversee circuit testing, simulation, and design verification, ensuring documentation before production release
Maintain design files, test reports, and specs; ensure compliance with IPC standards, EMC regulations, and internal procedures

Wat je meebrengt

BSc or MSc degree in Electronic Engineering or related technical field
8+ years of hands-on PCB hardware design experience with strong overall electronic design skills
Proven experience leading, mentoring, or coaching technical team members
Deep technical knowledge of RF circuits, FPGAs, high-speed interfaces, and digital design
Strong experience with EMC regulations and IPC standards
Hands-on expertise with Altium Designer and measurement equipment like VNAs and oscilloscopes
