Parfumado is looking for a Customer Happiness & Communication Intern to join their team in Amsterdam. You will be the welcoming voice for customers, helping them discover products and ensuring they leave satisfied.

What you will do

Be the first voice customers hear
Guide customers and help them discover products
Turn questions into conversations
Ensure customers leave satisfied

What you bring

Currently enrolled in HBO/WO in Business Administration, Psychology, International Business, Communication, or similar
Available to start in October or November
Strong affinity with communication and customer satisfaction
Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
Fluent in English
Looking for a voluntary internship of 10 weeks to 5 months

Nice to have

French or Flemish is a plus
