About the job
Shoparize is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join their team in Amsterdam. In this hybrid role, you will be the primary contact for merchants, helping them with onboarding and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with multiple teams to improve the merchant experience.
What you will do
- Serve as primary contact for merchants via chat, email, and affiliate networks
- Assist merchants with onboarding to direct integration solution
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
- Monitor merchant health and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Partnership Management, Product, and Engineering teams
- Contribute to improving internal documentation and support processes
What you bring
- 1-2 years in customer success, support, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple conversations and priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Some technical aptitude and confidence learning new systems
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Google Shopping, Google Merchant Center, or CSS ecosystem
- Experience with affiliate networks or agency partners
- Experience supporting merchants across multiple European markets
- Experience in adtech, e-commerce, or SaaS
