About the job

Dash0 is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across the EMEA region. You will focus on large enterprise accounts in the UK, DACH, or Benelux, leading complex sales cycles and building relationships from developers to C-level executives.

What you will do

  • Penetrate and close new business in large enterprise accounts across UK/DACH or Benelux
  • Develop and execute multi-threaded account plans, building relationships from developer teams to C-level executives
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, navigating procurement, legal, and security reviews for multi-year agreements
  • Coordinate cross-functional team of Solutions Architects, leadership, and product specialists
  • Articulate ROI and build business cases for large enterprises
  • Generate own pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting into cold enterprise accounts

What you bring

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience focused on new logo acquisition
  • Consistent overachievement against a quota of €1M+ and managing multiple large deals in parallel
  • Mastery of value-based sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) for complex sales cycles of 6–12 months
  • Strong business acumen fluent in value, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership
  • Complete professional fluency in English

Nice to have

  • Experience in observability, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms
  • Existing relationships with C-level and VP-level technology leaders in the Benelux region
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and Observability ecosystem at scale
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
