Flexport is looking for a Global Operations Associate to join their Amsterdam office. In this role, you ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions proactively while meeting internal KPIs. You coordinate daily operations with internal and external partners and execute end-to-end freight movement within a regional network.

What you will do

Ensure shipments move on time and handle exceptions proactively
Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality delivery
Follow standard operating procedures and suggest improvements
Resolve client issues and coordinate operations at origin and destination
Coordinate daily operations with internal and external partners
Execute end-to-end freight movement within a regional network

What you bring

BA/BS degree or completed professional training as forwarding agent
2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or freight forwarding
Technology and AI first mindset
Effective time management and prioritization
Attention to detail
Mandatory Dutch and fluency in English
