About the job

Clera is looking for a Growth Associate to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will drive demand generation through outbound experiments, AI-driven engagement, and events across Europe. You'll also flex into sales support and operations as needed.

What you will do

  • Execute outbound experiments with research and personalized outreach
  • Build AI-driven engagement motions using tooling
  • Generate qualified meetings for sales team
  • Plan and run demand generation events across Europe
  • Flex into sales support, operations, or partnership development

What you bring

  • 1 to 3 years experience in growth, sales, or go-to-market role
  • Ability to design, run, and analyze outbound experiments or A/B tests
  • Proficiency with CRM, email automation, prospecting software, and AI outreach workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to shifting priorities
  • Available to work in EU-compatible timezone

Nice to have

  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, or identity and compliance domains
  • Experience coordinating events across multiple geographies
