About the job

Zoku is looking for a Head of Marketing to own the marketing strategy and annual plan for its growing European brand. You will lead integrated campaign planning, grow brand positioning, and drive communications, PR, and external storytelling.

What you will do

• Own marketing strategy and annual plan
• Lead integrated campaign planning across multiple areas
• Grow brand positioning and consistency across markets
• Lead social and email marketing direction
• Own communications, PR, and external storytelling
• Develop influencer marketing and brand partnerships

What you bring

• At least 5 years of management experience in marketing, brand, or communications
• Experience turning brand strategy into campaigns and commercial activity
• Experience across social, email, PR, content, partnerships, and paid media
• Strong storytelling and creative brief writing skills
• Commercially minded with data-driven prioritization
• Balance long-term planning with hands-on execution

Nice to have

• Hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or community-brand experience
• Active use of AI tools in marketing work
