About the job
FairPhone B.V. is looking for a Partner Manager to drive sales and partnerships in the Switzerland and Austria market. In this hybrid role based in Amsterdam, you will build strategic relationships and represent the company at industry events.
What you will do
- Achieve or exceed sales targets in Switzerland and Austria
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with new and existing partners
- Enhance partner engagement with timely support and growth opportunities
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth service delivery
- Represent Fairphone at industry events and partner meetings
What you bring
- Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in Telco or consumer electronics
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Experience in partner or account management, preferably in B2C segment
- Passion for sales and understanding of smartphone or consumer electronics industry
- Experience building and executing strategic growth plans
- Strong planning skills and ability to drive sales initiatives
Nice to have
- Experience building strategic partnerships with new and existing accounts
- Cross-functional team collaboration experience
- Familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets for business communication
- Experience selling to direct partners and via distributors
- Hands-on and organized approach
