Lightspeedhq is looking for a Product Adoption Strategist to drive human-led adoption programs for French-speaking markets in Amsterdam. In this role, you will own end-to-end initiatives that help customers get the most out of product features, combining coaching, qualitative research, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end human-led adoption programs for a specific feature or market
- Identify underutilised product areas and customer segments and translate adoption opportunities into scalable human-led initiatives
- Build proactive repeatable coaching playbooks for high-value or at-risk accounts
- Conduct live qualitative deep-dives to understand barriers to adoption
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align customer journey with product priorities
- Advocate for customers and surface reasons for low feature adoption
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management, Product Training, Consultative Customer Enablement, or similar role in B2B SaaS
- Fluent in English and professionally proficient in French or German
- Experience translating product features into business outcomes and developing interactive workshops or coaching programs
- Experience gathering qualitative customer feedback and turning it into actionable recommendations
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
