About the job

Nivoda is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their fast-growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will work inbound leads and execute outbound sequences to target retailers across the Benelux and Europe.

What you will do

  • Work inbound leads within minutes and convert to demos
  • Build and execute outbound sequences to target retailers
  • Qualify leads on buyer type, volume, intent, timeline
  • Book, confirm, and protect demos to reduce no-shows
  • Maintain CRM with logged touches and clean pipeline data
  • Feed back learnings on objections and messaging

What you bring

  • 1–3 years in SaaS or tech-sales SDR/BDR role with high-volume motion
  • Strong phone and writing skills for 60–80 touches daily
  • Process-driven with cadences and CRM hygiene
  • Coachable and resilient with high energy
  • Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish, and French
