Horizon3ai is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join their team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will focus on growing commercial business in assigned markets and building strong customer relationships. You'll work in a hybrid environment, contributing to partner and territory plans.

What you will do

Grow commercial business in assigned markets
Build customer relationships and partner collaboration
Create new logo momentum and pipeline
Manage opportunities with ownership and follow-through
Work with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and internal teams
Contribute to partner and territory plans

What you bring

More than 4 years of closing experience in IT or cybersecurity sales
Experience in commercial or mid-market sales
Confidence working with partners, distributors, MSSPs, and cross-functional teams
Good commercial judgement
Strong ownership and follow-through
Fluency in Dutch and strong English

Nice to have

Experience in more than one market or regionally complex environment
Curiosity, coachability, and desire to keep learning
Comfort working in a scaling business
Proactive, builder mindset
