Optics11 is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead subsea and offshore projects from concept to delivery. You'll work with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to bring high-impact products to market.

- Lead multidisciplinary projects from start to delivery
- Act as main contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Manage offshore, subsea, or marine projects
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, production, and commercial teams
- Translate technical requirements into project deliverables and timelines
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans
Wat je meebrengt
- MSc degree in Engineering, Physics, Offshore Engineering, Marine Technology, or related field
- 5–8 years of project management experience in a technical environment
- Experience with offshore, subsea, or marine projects
- Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and project execution skills
- Experience with multidisciplinary technical teams
- Fluent English communication skills
