About the job

ElevenLabs is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in the Dutch Financial Services & Insurance sector. You will build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identify new business opportunities for conversational AI, and lead consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

What you will do

  • Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Netherlands, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance
  • Identify new business opportunities for conversational AI in financial services and insurance
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop account strategies to expand presence in the Dutch financial services and insurance sector
  • Partner with Customer Success, FDEs, and Solutions Engineering for account onboarding and expansion
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on generative AI and voice interfaces

What you bring

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology
  • Proven success closing deals and managing long, complex sales cycles
  • Well-connected in the Dutch financial services and insurance landscape
  • Experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders
  • Deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes in the Netherlands
  • Native or full professional proficiency in Dutch; strong English for internal collaboration
