What you will do

Define and execute multi-year global vision for sensor product line
Champion modernized agile PLM approach
Oversee product roadmap and portfolio management
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Manage financial performance including revenue and profitability
Cultivate strategic relationships with partners and standards bodies

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field
10+ years leadership in electronics product management
Deep technical expertise in RFID, ambient IoT, IC design workflows
Entrepreneurial, market-driven mindset
Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Nice to have

MBA or advanced technical degree
