About the job

ElevenLabs is looking for a Direct Tax Lead to take ownership of US income tax provision, compliance, and controls. This remote role involves managing the full US federal and multistate compliance calendar, overseeing ASC 740 provisions, and designing tax controls.

What you will do

Own US income tax provision, compliance, and controls
Manage quarterly and annual ASC 740 provision
Oversee US federal and state compliance calendar
Handle §174 capitalization, §382, and NOL tracking
Design, document, and operate tax controls
Write memos supporting tax positions

What you bring

Deep ASC 740 expertise at a multinational
Experience owning US federal and multistate compliance calendar
Working knowledge of US international tax provisions
Experience managing Big 4 or equivalent providers
Has built or operated SOX controls over tax
CPA

Nice to have

Pre-IPO or first-10-K experience
§174/§41 computation experience
§382 studies experience
Equity compensation tax knowledge
OneSource Tax Provision or similar experience
