About the job

Clera is looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge customer needs with technical production implementations. You will work remotely, focusing on deploying and configuring AI-driven workflows and integrations.

What you will do

Translate customer requirements into production implementations
Lead deployments and configure workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails
Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks
Develop and test features with monitoring and logging
Debug production issues and ship fixes
Create reusable templates and deployment playbooks

What you bring

Several years of experience translating customer requirements into production plans
Hands-on production experience with LLM applications
Strong coding skills for integrations and feature development
Cloud fundamentals including deployment and debugging
German proficiency at B2 level or above

Nice to have

Experience with voice or telephony integrations
Familiarity with TypeScript or Python
SQL knowledge
Workflow automation experience
Monitoring and tracing experience
Privacy considerations knowledge
