About the job
Clera is looking for a founding product engineer to join their remote team. You will own features from hypothesis to release and lead product discovery through experiments and customer validation.
What you will do
- Own features from hypothesis to release
- Lead product discovery with experiments and customer validation
- Maintain contact with customers, partners, and sales
- Design and implement product tracking and use metrics
- Build across the stack and guide architecture
- Balance fast validation with maintainable solutions
What you bring
- At least three years of product engineering experience
- Full-stack experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React
- Experience taking software from architecture to production
- Hands-on startup experience
- German B2 or above and fluent English
- Strong product mindset and experiment-driven approach
Nice to have
- Experience integrating large language models or building AI-powered features
