Zscaler is seeking a Regional Director of Data Security to lead specialist sales teams across EMEA and APJ. This role focuses on recruiting top talent, driving revenue through strategic alignment with regional leadership, and advocating for field needs with product teams.
What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and develop specialist sales talent in EMEA and APJ
- Create comprehensive plans for success and maintain high accuracy in forecasting
- Align with regional sales leadership, field sales, marketing, and partners to prioritize revenue attainment
- Engage with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Services to advocate for field needs
What you bring
- 10+ years of full-cycle sales experience in software or security industry
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing a team
- Proven experience managing sales teams across EMEA and/or APJ regions
- Progressive selling experience engaging with accounts and closing deals at C-Level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
Nice to have
- Experience leading a product specialist sales team or prior experience as a product sales specialist in a matrix environment
- Recent experience in the Data Protection industry
- Proficiency in data-driven territory management
