About the job

GitLab is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer to support public sector customers in the US. In this remote role, you will deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services while managing multiple customer projects.

What you will do

Deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services
Plan and execute GitLab deployments across various architectures
Oversee and perform migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab
Provide technical guidance on GitLab features and best practices
Partner with project managers and engagement managers to improve delivery
Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously

What you bring

Experience with infrastructure as code or configuration as code tools like Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef
Active Secrets or TS/SCI clearance
Ability to travel occasionally to SCIF sites
Ability to support public sector customers with clearance-related requirements
Ability to lead technical delivery end-to-end
