About the job
Flink is looking for a Team Leader to guide orderpickers and riders in Tilburg. In this hands-on role, you ensure service, productivity, and safety during shifts while assisting with inbound and order picking. You also train new team members and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

What you bring
- Hands-on teamlead who leads by example
- Managerial experience as supervisor or operational role
- Available for at least 24 hours per week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends

- Experience in logistics, retail, or catering
