Generate data by performing pilot plant trials with different unit operations
Develop, validate, and simulate CFD/mathematical/data models for key unit operations
Carry out a techno-economic evaluation on the model outcomes
Set conclusions and recommendations
Share knowledge within the HIC and other departments via presentation and final report

Wat je meebrengt

Master's level in food processing technology or chemical/food related engineering
Minimal work experience
Knowledge of food processing, unit operations, and process modelling
Experience with CFD simulations using COMSOL Multiphysics or similar software
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and verbal
Enrolled at a university for at least 50% study load during the internship
