MSX International is looking for a Technical Delegate - Flying Doc to provide on-site and remote support to dealerships and technical centers. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve complex vehicle issues using OEM tools and produce detailed technical reports.

Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and technical centers
Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents on vehicles
Analyze issues affecting single and multiple vehicles
Use OEM diagnostic tools for diagnostics and software updates
Interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
Produce technical reports and incident summaries

Proven experience in automotive technical support or diagnostics
Hands-on track record resolving complex electrical and electronic faults
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams
Prior exposure to technical documentation and technician coaching
Strong understanding of modern automotive systems
Proficient with diagnostic methodologies
