MSX International is looking for a Technical Specialist to provide field and remote support for dealers and workshops across Europe. In this Flying Doctor role, you will diagnose and resolve complex technical vehicle issues using OEM diagnostic tools.

Field and remote support for dealers and workshops across Europe
Diagnose and resolve complex technical vehicle issues
Analyze single vehicle and fleet-wide fault patterns
Use OEM diagnostic tools for guided diagnostics and software updates
Create technical reports and case updates
Coach technicians and provide practical guidance

Wat je meebrengt

Experience in vehicle diagnostics or technical support
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical or electronic faults
Practical experience with OEM diagnostic tools
Proficient with circuit diagrams and technical documentation
Experience working with workshops or engineering teams
Good English skills
