A hydraulic engineer and crane operator for Atsma
Two positions at Atsma BV in Uitwellingerga.

Work on banks and waterways
Atsma BV in Uitwellingerga, in the Frisian lake area, was looking for two professionals for work on shores and waterways: a hydraulic engineer and a crane operator.
In hydraulic engineering, those two functions work directly together. The hydraulic engineer builds and repairs revetments, sheet piles, and bank protections, often from a pontoon or work vessel. The crane operator places sheet piles, riprap, and revetments from the shore or pontoon, while colleagues work in and along the water. Wind, water level, and stability play a role in every movement.

Two skilled workers for one team by the water
For each role, there was a separate campaign, with its own message. The water builder reads about the work on the bank, the equipment on the water, and the team; the crane operator about the crane, working from a pontoon, and coordinating with the people on the shore.
Both campaigns make clear what working along the water is different from earthmoving on land, and what experience is immediately required. This way, earthworkers, carpenters, and operators from earthmoving also feel addressed if they want to make the move to water construction.
The campaigns run multichannel, tailored to function and region, so that even professionals in a permanent job can see the work. Responses are followed up per function on experience, expectations, and availability.
