A foreman and crane operator
Geldof Infra was looking for management and machinery work for the infrastructure.

Management and machine work in the infrastructure
Martijn Guiljam, owner of Geldof Infra, struggled to fill the vacancies for head supervisor and crane operator.
In the infrastructure sector, countless vacancies are open. Martijn was skeptical but was looking for a reliable partner who could quickly provide qualified personnel.
In an infrastructure project, preparation and execution must continue to align. The main contractor oversees planning, budget, and safety across multiple works; the crane operator performs the work outside of the earthworks. Two roles with very different responsibilities, each requiring a different type of professional.

Make two profiles concrete
For two such different functions, we work with a separate story for each vacancy. The main contractor reads about the projects, responsibility, and cooperation with management; the crane operator about the equipment and the work on the construction site.
Especially with a client who starts out skeptical, it is important that the recruitment is concrete and verifiable. For each position, we specify what experience is needed, and responses are followed up for each vacancy. This way, the client sees what is happening.
The campaigns run multichannel, tailored to position and region, so that even professionals in permanent positions see them. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will also be considered, so Martijn can sit down with the right people.

Two placements out of 32 candidates
For the two job openings, 32 candidates applied. This led to two placements: Geldof Infra gained support for both management and execution, with a chief supervisor and a crane operator. Two positions with very different responsibilities, each filled with a specialist.
