Window frame installers for Bermon Raamwerk
Two campaigns for mechanics who assemble, install, and finish neatly.
Measurement and finishing in one trade
Martin Bermon and Jeroen Borger of Bermon Raamwerk had difficulty finding window frame installers.
The company grew and the demand for assembly increased, but the staff shortage hindered progress. In addition, Martin wanted a more efficient recruitment process, with more insight into candidates through a clear dashboard.
A window frame installer works at the interface of measuring and finishing. The frame must be set square and level, align with the masonry, and be neatly sealed and finished. The customer looks at it daily. That requires patience and precision.
Making assembly work concrete
For assembly positions, we make the work tangible in the campaign: what kind of window frames, how much independence on-site, and what quality is expected. This appeals to mechanics who are proud of precise assembly work.
The overview Martin was looking for matches our way of working: responses are centrally recorded, making it visible who has replied and where a candidate is in the process. At Bermon, there were two campaigns for the window frame installers.
The campaigns run multichannel, tailored to the position and region, so that technicians who are not actively searching also see it. In the future, experience with window frame installation, expectations, and availability will be taken into account, so that the conversations are about skilled workers who can handle the job.
