Service for a family brasserie in Rotterdam-Zuid
Brasserie Zuidplein · Service · Rotterdam-Zuid

Hospitality at the table
Brasserie Zuidplein is an informal family business in Rotterdam-Zuid.
Alex Schulp was looking for operation staff who maintain the warm atmosphere and move along with the busy flow of the shopping center and nearby events, such as in Ahoy and Theater Zuidplein.
In the service, the guest experiences the restaurant. An employee welcomes guests, takes orders, advises on dishes and drinks, keeps track of their tables, and coordinates with the kitchen and bar. On a busy evening or a sunny terrace, it all comes down to speed, oversight, and a smile that lasts.

Making the work in the hall concrete
For service positions, in the campaign we show what a shift looks like: the business, the type of guests, the busyness, and the team. A candidate can thus assess whether the atmosphere and work pace suit them.
The vacancy is aimed at experienced service staff and at people who are hospitable and want to learn the profession. We honestly state which shifts are included and what the team can teach themselves.
The message contains the practical aspects of the work: which shifts, how many hours, working on weekends and public holidays, and how the team supports each other when it gets busy.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region in and around Rotterdam-Zuid, so that even professionals who are not actively looking can see the work. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will also be taken into account, so that every conversation is about the right people.
