Head chefs who cook at multiple locations
Wolff Horeca · Head Chefs

Someone who leads the kitchen
Giovanni Wolff from Wolff Horeca was looking for chefs.
The company works with chefs who work flexibly at different locations, and wanted to reach high-level chefs in a tight market.
A head chef determines how a kitchen runs. He writes the menu, calculates dishes, chooses suppliers, plans the team, and works at the pass himself during service. Whoever fulfills that role well combines taste and creativity with numbers, planning, and leadership. It is precisely that combination that makes good chefs rare. Anyone looking for such a role looks critically at the kitchen, the concept, and the people they will work with.

The kitchen and the menu in view
For a head chef, in the campaign we make it clear which kitchen it is: the concept, the menu, the size of the team, and the freedom to develop their own dishes. A chef wants to know in advance whether they can put their signature on the menu.
Because the chefs work at different locations, the campaign also shows what that variety means: different kitchens, different teams, and a constantly new service. The job opening is aimed at chefs who have already led a kitchen and at sous chefs who are ready for the next step. We distinguish between what is immediately needed and what the company itself can offer in guidance.
This is how the campaign fits into our way of working: position and region determine the message and channels, and concrete questions in the application process help discuss alignment with the team, even before the first interview.
