A carpenter for Concuro
Carpentry in construction, from Barneveld.
Carpentry on the construction site
Concuro in Barneveld sought a carpenter for the work on the construction site: a craftsman who independently translates drawings into precise carpentry.
A carpenter translates a drawing into work that is correct on the construction site. He sets out measurements, installs frames, builds structures and finishing work in wood, and ensures that connections are tight and waterproof. The difference between good and just not right only becomes visible when the finishing starts. That is why this role requires someone who can read drawings independently, works precisely, and thinks along with the foreman and other craftsmen on the construction site.
Making the profession concrete
Carpenters with experience have enough work, and a carpenter wants to know what kind of construction he is working on. Our approach is therefore to show exactly in the campaign what someone will do at Concuro: which carpentry tasks, which projects, and how much independence on the construction site.
We distinguish between what is already required, such as reading drawings and dimensioning, and what can grow within the company. In this way, the vacancy appeals to experienced carpenters, but also to craftsmen who want to take the next step in the profession.
The campaign runs multichannel, tailored to role and region around Barneveld, so that even carpenters who are not actively looking see it. In the future, experience, expectations, and availability will be considered, so that the conversation focuses on the profession.
